Music moves your soul and lifts your vibrations. Music can generate powerful emotions. These are forces that you can use. You can use this to send your soul through out the universe or give some one else a free ticket.

Destiny or free will

On first observation the two idea's seems incompatible. How can one have free will if your life is ruled by destiny. How can there be a destiny if you have free will.

Like all things in the world that is the opposite, in the spiritual world both are true at the same time. The snake biting its tail. You have a destiny that you and your Guides have decided upon before you where born. With your own free will you have chosen your destiny.

Take the road that a human walks. As a baby you are restricted to the boundaries of your cot. But in side your cot you have all the freedom you want. As a toddler the house and after that the garden also. Then as a teen ager you have the neighborhood where in you have all the freedom.

So is it also with your soul. The more mature you get life after live the more freedom you have to choose your own destiny. Fate is not a curse or blessing it is what your soul needs to grow more mature. So how ever you see your future or your past know it is exactly what you need to grow.

For now the human race have Mother Earth as our playground. In the future we will grow more mature to play around in the solar system and then the universe.

Jesus did not die for your sins. He just set the example so that you can take responsibility for your own actions. You have to die to your own sins.

The Divine loves a worm on the bottom of the ocean just as much as She loves you. She Loves the most deepest evil just as much as She loves her dearest child. Can you do the same ?

Between 800-500 years ago there lived in the north of Europe and a race of white barbarians. They had no inventions and no culture to speak of in comparison with the great Chinese, Romans, Greeks, Egyptians and Persians. In short they have never been heard of in the whole development of the earth.

But then in the short span of 500 years this white race changed the face of the earth irreversibly. They brought about the inventions of a great many things. Put a man on the moon, change the heart of one living man in to another. All western medical advances and mechanical wonders. In short you can say the white race with their intellect and logic have become masters of the material world.

They also traveled all over the world. Discovered the new world of the America's. Expanded the horizon of the human race by changing a flat world in to a round one. They brought technology and international trade all over the globe. But as they gave with the one hand they took with the other as colonization took place.

They put in place a monetary system all over the world. There by they rule the material world up to this day. Where you now have people dieing on one continent because they eat to much and on the continent next to them you have people dieing because they don't eat enough.

No one can argue that the white race has brought the world many many wonders. They will continue to do so in the future also. But all the ancient people of the earth have got a gift that the white race have lost and don't know about anymore.

Firstly as a member of the white race I would like to apologize to the rest of the world. I would like to apologize for stealing your land and making your material well being dependent on the monetary system. I apologize for spreading egoism across the world, for making your children look up to Hollywood for their inspiration. I ask the people of the world please to forgive the white race!!!

Secondly the white race has become the masters of the material world but they have also fallen to its illusions. To the greed and lust of material comfort. I call upon the rest of the world to save the white race from their maya. Please show us they way back to our spiritual origin. In our greed and illusions we have lost our connection to the spiritual worlds. We have even gone so far as to deny our children spiritual teachings at schools. People of the world please see past our ego's and money for we have lots the greatest gift off all. We have lost our connection to the Divine.

I ask all races of the world to please lead the white race back to the divine spark of love that lives with in us all.

Spiritual Diet

I generally found that I get over weight not by what I eat but by how much I eat. It is the same for your thoughts and feelings. You have to stop the constant flow of thoughts for some times. This is what is called meditation. It is like a diet for the mind. Not to get over weight with thoughts. Constant high or low, strong feelings is over eating for your soul. She also needs a rest.

People go on a diet for few day's or weeks (or detox). They loose weight and look and feel great. But then after the diet or when holiday starts they are back to their old eating habits and then after some time back to their old unfit self. Meditation is the same thing. Once a day you go and clear the mind of fatty thoughts, overweight emotions and fill it with pure Light and Love. But then as soon as the day starts you are back to your old thought patterns and the feelings that these thoughts create.

You should not go on a diet or detox but make a small changes to your diet. But keep these changes permanent. The same goes for your thoughts (spirit) and feelings (Soul). Don't just meditate few min a day but keep constant watch on what you think and what you feel. Make an assessment on how and what thoughts you entertain. Then start making small changes. Through out what you don't like and don't think these thoughts again. If you catch them through them out again. But you have to keep a constant watch out for them. The same goes for feelings that you don't like. To through out a feeling you need to change your thoughts and replace the feeling with another one.

To keep to a diet you need strong will power and self discipline. The same goes for a spiritual diet. But you also need to be awake. Know what you are thinking. Know what you are feeling. You have to be self aware. Raise you consciousness !!

So make your new years resolution to go on a spiritual diet ! ;-)

It is like standing in the ocean. You can see the perfect wave coming. The wave of spiritual upliftment. Now if you just stand there and do nothing the big wave will knock you in to the sand. You know how that feels, not that nice. Then there is people that dive under the wave. These are the people that have not explored their spiritual soul. They have pushed the new revelations of the spirit in to their subconscious.

But what you can do is when they wave comes along is to jump up and greet it full heartily. Swim with it and ride it till the end. Enjoy it to the end. But the secret it that you have to make the first move. You have to jump !!

So what does this jump mean in our day to day live. 'Seeing' the spiritual behind all chance encounters. Bringing forth understanding and kindness where most people react with violence and revenge. Talking to the spirits of nature. Greeting the Angels. At night reconnect your heart with the Divine.

Where you go in life let your heart consciously beam the Love, bean the life, beam the light.

So that when 2012 comes along you don't need to ascend but you can show the others the road towards the Light.

Always speak the truth even if it is painful for you. When you tell people what happened in the past don’t exaggerate the story to impress them. Try and stay as close to the truth as you can.

The more you speak the truth the more self confidence you will start to get. There will grow a strength in your step. You health will increase. Then over time you will start feel the power of justice and truth vibrate your body. It will become a force that you can beam and transmit. A force that will not let you sit passively while there is untruth near you.

As a warrior of the new world take up your sword day by day and cut to pieces the old world where money and deception holds sway.

With the sword of truth in your hand and the Light of Love in your heart we can lift our world up to the coming of the new dawn.

Every object in the material world has got a spiritual foundation where it has it's roots. Compare a jersey you buy from a big retail shop with one that your Grandmother has made lovingly by hand for you. Although physical both is more or less exactly the same we all know that spiritually there is a big difference between the two. What is the difference ??

With every knit your Grandmother has put her love in the jersey. You can feel it when you put on this jersey. It wraps you in a warm feeling of love and protection. With a retail jersey you don't feel this.

So with all items that is made the feelings and thoughts of the maker goes in to the product that he/she is making. This is especially strong with making food. The food that you eat also effects you more directly. Compare the food a Mother has made for her child to that of a fast food chain. I dont mean the vitamins and nutrition of the food. The two 'burgers' can be exactly the same but the one that the Mother has made out of love will be much much more potent.

Not only should you be careful of what you eat but by who the food has been made and what kind of feelings and thoughts the person had at the time. And with the example of the jersey we see that this counts also for material objects. Not only cloths but any thing that you can buy.

This not only goes for the maker but also the seller. If you buy something from a greedy person you carry some part of that with you in the product that you have bought from this person. The opposite is also true that if you buy some thing from a kind loving person that has no interest in profit but helping her costumers, the spiritual part of the product will have that.

So don't go running after the cheaps bargain you can find. Also take in consideration the maker, seller and the company. Do spiritual shopping!

I came across a great idea in Melbourne. A restaurant I visited did not have any prices on their menu. At the end of your meal they ask you only to pay what the meal was worth for you. Yes this leaves the door open for people to take advantage but you also have the blessing of great kindness. I think this is the future way of things as the world population gets more spiritual.

This concept of spiritual shopping goes even further. Take for instant software. Compare big software companies that is all your for profit and world market monopoly with this philosophy.

You will also notice that when you have bought something in the spiritual way you feel much better. It has much more sentimental value for you. Or should i rather say a spiritual connection with you.

Many people see the world that we live in as a duality. Left or Right, Good or Bad, Democrat or Republican, Up or down, Male or Female.

And we are getting so conditioned that when we are given option A or B we don't realize that there is lots of other letters in the Alphabet.

In all the media and movies, we mostly see the hero kill his enemy with great violence. And we all think he/she is justified in doing so because the other one is "evil". Or we see powerful nations going to war with smaller one because of a perceived thread.

The Initiate will not let her options be layed out for her. There is always the alternative that no body have thought about. Where you can solve the problem with pure love and not by killing your enemy.

Don't accept what is given. Be creative and be wonderful smile and dance in the face of trouble. There is amazing wonderful solutions for all problems.

In the world of duality there is the singularity and that is the Being made out of pure amazing powerful Love. That being is the sum total of all beings in the multiverse. And you are part of this Being. You are amazing powerful Love.

So next time you have to choose between two options! Know that there is always an alternative. One where all parties move closer to the Light. Dance in circles, dance in the the Light swing twirl. Life is wonderful if you just know how to look at it.

Chess as Meditation Aid

Going in to the realm of meditation there is lots of different techniques. Most famous is clearing the mind. To have a state of no thought and if a thought do rise up to let is go again. But there is lots of other exercises to aid you on your way.

I have found that chess combines lots of these exercises in to one game. A good chess player needs concentration, visualization, logic, imagination, intuition and inspiration.

But that does not make chess players spiritual people. As these attributes is only an aid. Like a long distance runner that would some time do weights or go swimming. Swimming or doing weights is not going to make you a good long distance runner. You need to put some miles behind your back for that.
So to can the chess player use his Imagination to Visualize the spiritual world. Use his Concentration to keep his mind from wondering around while he is Contemplating the divine worlds or Praying.

So if you want to be a good chess player you can meditate to help you play better chess. Or if you follow the spiritual path you can play chess to make you a better meditator.

Which ever road you follow remember to enjoy life as it is just a game that you play for a short while.

What is a real Master?

Is a Master some one that has slaves. These slaves have no freedom of their own. They have no will of their own. They only follow the Masters will. Yes we know that there was and is Masters like that. And we will all agree that, that is not a real Master.

So what is a real Master or better said what is a Spiritual Master. Somebody with great knowledge and wisdom. That can sit on a cushion or podium and share his great knowledge with us. And we all feel lighter and free afterwards. Motivated to do good in the world and meditate more. No that is only some one with wisdom that knows how to talk.

A Master is some one that does not let other things dictate or master her. A Master is master of her own body. She does not let her body dictate what it wants like a little child. The body needs food but the master does not let her body over eat. The soul needs love but the Master does not let the bodies sex drive dictate her actions. The Master is able to start habits and stop habits at will. A true Master is master of all her physical drives, needs and urges. Does that mean the Master dictates and over power the body like a slave. Surely no. The Master take care of her body extremely well. But like a loving Father the Master gives her body freedom to enjoy life and be free. There are no set rules for live. Every situation is different and every person is different at each moment. What was good today might not be the right action tomorrow. So let you body be free and enjoy all the pleasures your body can give you. But do not let your body dictate your life.

A Master is also some one that has mastery over her emotions. When anger flairs up the Master does not let the emotion of anger any space in her soul. But feels it and lets it go the same second. Does not matter what the outside world show to the Master she can always choose what emotion to feel in any situation. In the face of death or great passion the Master can control consciously the kind and strength of emotion to feel. Just try it right now. Choose a emotion !! Now try and generate that emotion in your heart. Can you do it ? ? You see for most of us we need outside triggers to start emotions in us and when this emotions starts we don't have much control over it. The Master can generate passion for her lover when she wants. She can generate sadness when her friend leaves. But these emotions does not run over her, she gives them the freedom to be inside her. Most of all the Master beams out Love and kindness all the time from her heart, hands and eyes to every single thing that comes close to her.

A Master also is master of her thoughts. This is the traditional method of meditation. Calm the mind, stop the thoughts. I am sure you all know about this and how difficult it is. Before you know it, you are thinking about other things. Have you ever followed a conversation among a group of people. The conversation is about one topic and then someone mentions some thing else and the conversation just flows to the next topic. It all just happens automatically. The same happens with thoughts in your mind. One thought leads to another and then another. That is why it is called the train of thoughts. One wagon leads to another and another. You are not in control of your thoughts, they lead you from one to another. What happens outside of you create one thought after another in side you. You might disagree with me and say:”No I am the one thinking all my thoughts”. But take up my challenge !! Separate yourself from your thoughts and make your thoughts an object of investigation. Every now and then stop your train of thoughts. Think back on the thoughts that you have had in your mind for the past couple of minutes. And you will see how they lead from one to another. Most of the time with out you choosing anything consciously. This way you will also catch all your fears and insecurities. Thoughts that slip in to your mind and out again with out you remembering them at the end of the day.

The Master can stop her train of thought at any time. If she is thinking about revenge, she will catch the thought coming in to her mind and stop it the same second. She does not spend one second thinking jealous or fearful thoughts. Thoughts of depression or loneliness she does not entertain but throws them out immediately. The Master can pray for long periods of time because she can keep her mind focus on one thing. That is why Zen Buddhism teaches concentration. Concentration helps you sharpen and master your thoughts. The Master does not have a train of thought but chooses every topic and think it through until the end. The Master does not looses concentration but stops her thoughts at will.

A real Master is master of her body, soul and spirit. (Body, emotions, Mind) She is not a slave driver but give them freedom to express them selves and enjoy life. But she does not let them control her. She knows what is good for them and her. She takes them all by the hand and leads them forward. You are not your body, emotions or mind. These are only tools that you use. Don't identify your self with the tools you have. Separate your self from your emotions. Don't ride on the waves of emotion. Happy the one day and angry or sad the next. But just watch the waves go by and later on you can learn how to generate the right wave of emotion for the right moment.

The most difficult is to not identify your self with your thoughts. Different thoughts comes and goes but you are still there. In that space between thoughts you are still there. So know that when unwanted thoughts come in to you, don't identify with them. They are like unwanted visitors. Throw them out and choose your own thoughts wisely.

As we are all growing wiser and maturer from life to life, we will all become masters of you body, soul and spirit. Enjoy the journey and don't be to strict on your children.

Past life memory

Your eyes see lots of things but your consciousness is only aware of a small part. Mostly the things on the periphery of your vision you do not see or remember. Your consciousness is normally on one single central point.

Just so all your past and future lives is in the full vision of your soul but your consciousness is only focused on this life.

You can change the focus of your soul just by letting imaginative thoughts flow freely in to your mind. These are not thoughts in terms of words and sentences but picture images. Let these pictures flow freely in to your mind. Observe, live and feel them. Dont make any opinion right away but just observe, live and feel the pictures from some weeks. You will notice that some pictures have strong feelings connected to them. Be careful not to force pictures or let your vanity dictate your pictures. Great humbleness and the ability just to observe what is, is very important.

If all goes well you will receive an confirmation in the physical world. Either some one will make a remark with out knowing what you have been seeing or you might find a picture.

Whatever confronts your in the world you have caused your self in the past. How you deal or think about it, you will create your own future.

The life of a spoon

Lets for a moment forget about our busy lives and all the troubles that we have in our lives. Lets take this small spoon and ask it how its life has been. Who or what is a spoon ? This spoon is a piece of metal. This metal has been formed billions of years ago under the earth. So, all this long time ago the spoon was conceived in the belly of Mother Earth by our Father the Sun. Unlike us humans that only take 9 months from conception to birth this little spoon had to wait billions of years. Patiently this little piece of metal was lying there in the earth. Dreaming of doing something great.

Then one day a human came along. Started digging in the earth, got out the metal and had a great idea to make a useful tool out of it. The little piece of metal was born and became a spoon. So after billions of years it’s dream became true. It is being used by this wonderful being called a human to serve her.

Now there are some similarities between the spoon and us. For billions of years we have been incarnating as humans. Dreaming our dreams and living our lives. Then one sunny day an Angel will come along and dig you up. Put you in a very hot furnace Fire. Purify you with Fire so that all the unpure parts will fall away. When you are all soft and pure the Great Angel will take out his hammer and transform you in to a marvelous tool that he can use. Putting you in to the Water to cool you down and using his hammer to shape you correctly. And finally hold you in the Air to see if you are perfect. If not you will feel the hammer again. Then finally the Angel is happy about the great tool that he has transformed you in. He will hold you in the Air and sing a song of praise. You will feel the vibration of the song going through your new body.

So don’t get caught up with the troubles of your life or with selfish desires. But dream dreams of hope that some day you’re Great Angel will come and transform you in to a great tool of Love. So that the Angel can use you to scoop up Love and Light from Heaven and pour it through you on to the Earth.

Most of us dream of having special spiritual powers. Like Remote viewing, Clairvoyants, Astral projection ens ens the list can be very long. There is so many spiritual techniques and practices that you can follow. But if your aim is to get special spiritual powers you are following a difficult path.

Clairvoyant is to be able to 'see' in the spirit world. See peoples Aura's, the past/future and all those spiritual beings living with us on mother earth or elsewhere. In normal life what do we need to see ? .... We need light. Normally this is light from the Sun or electricity. So we need a power source of light. Now as this is valid for the physical this is also for the spirit world. But where do we find the spiritual Light or Power ?

There is a Divine spark in side every human (and everything). You need to switch on your Divine spark of Light and Power. This Love that you shine out of your hart is the light you need to see in the spirit world. So how do you become Clairvoyant ??? By shining out the pure Light and Powerfull Love that is in side you. This reflects back to you from the spirit world and a whole new universe opens up to you. Don't aim for spiritual powers but just to become who you truly are! A spiritual being made out of pure Light and Love and the rest will be given to you by the Angels when you are ready to have it.

So go out there and shine as brite as you can. See if you can out shine the stars !!!!

The Radio

We all know what a radio does. It receives signals and send out signals. These signals are waves of frequencies that travel through the air. Invisible to us. You can tune the radio to different signals and that is what sound will come out of the radio. Static noise or any kind of music, the news etc... etc....

Now our brain is just like a radio. We send out signal's with our thoughts. Our thoughts send out vibrations to the whole universe. These vibrations create our aura. These vibrations make some people like you immediately and others not. Now our brain can also receive vibrations(thoughts) from other people or places. Some one will say "This place give me the creeps". Your radio (intuition) picks up on the vibrations of the place. This also goes for people. "I don't trust so and so".
Your Radio can also pick up signals from heaven. These are the ones that you make a decision that saves your life or keep you out of danger. Why did i turn left and not right. If you did turn right you would of been in an accident. If I made any other decision at such and such a point my life would of been lost or a disaster. Your have to look at your own life but I am sure you get my point. These are the heavenly beings that send us radio signals at the time that we need them. Now the beings of a lower nature can also send us signals. Depression, hate, anger and fear ens... ens. These are thoughts that goes in circles. Your think the same thing over and over. As if your consciousness get dimmer when you have these low vibrations. The secret is to monitor your radio constantly to see to what vibration you are tuned to. Our brains is a much more delicate instrument than is what traditionally accepted. Very fine tuned radio can be used for remote viewing or telepathy and much more.

To what station is your radio tuned to ? What music do you play for everybody around you ? There is a lot of radio stations out there. Do you play only static or are you tuned to the heavenly stations of heaven/nirvana ? Or do you distort every-body's elses signal around you? The food chain

At the bottom of the food chain we have minerals. Then we have plants as we know they feed on minerals, water, air and sunlight. Then we have animals which feed on plants, air and water. But also some minerals (i.e. salt’s) and they also need sunlight. Then there is off course us. We eat/need all of the above.

If you look at this whole cycle you will notice that the sun play’s the most important role. So we can understand why the old Egyptians worshiped the sun ‘RA’. Also important is air and water. Fire Air Water Earth.

But have you ever stopped and wondered who feeds on us. Yes there are beings that feed on us. They are called angels or spirit beings. And what do they eat???? They live from our emotions. So every time you have strong emotions you dish up a whole banquet for these beings. But the most important question is what kind of food do you serve for your guest? For these guest come whether you like it or not. Just like the plants and animal have no say whether they are going to be eaten or not. So the kind of banquet that you serve will determine the kind of beings that will come and visit you. If you have negative, depressing, selfish, hate, dark emotions or feelings then you will attract those kinds of beings that eat those feelings. But on the other hand if you have feelings of love, kindness, care, compassion then you will have the luminous angels and beings of light coming to join you for your banquet. So be careful what emotions you entertain. What kind of feelings do you have often?? How long do you feel them??

Lots of feelings come to us that we do not choose. The environment around us causes them to happen inside of us. Mostly what other people do (or not do) cause feelings in us. Also expectations that don’t get met(or do). So mostly the cause of your emotions is outside of us, in the world out there. But we should all move this source to the infinite spark of light and Love in side of us. So that it does not matte what happens in the world out there but our security, our save house is the trust and faith we have in the divine spark in us. That what we truly are. So that the world out side us can be in total chaos but in our harts (emotions) we are stable. Our foundation is the Divine spark of Light and Love in side us.

Enlightment

To me it means being full of Light. The Light/Love that people speak of that has had near death experiences. Or numerous other people that talk about a ecstasy or bliss experienced through meditation or any other way. Some thing that the Masters experience in a permanent way. So how do we get to be enlighted ?

1. Know the truth

Your are a perfect spiritual being made out of pure Light and amazing powerful Love. Your are perfect just as you are. You don't get to become enlighted, your are enlighted.

It is a very common mistake that people would ask "What is the meaning of life?". Asking this question immediately one have to answer with a intellectual "mind" answer. Which leads you away from the truth. The question that you should ask is

How do I experience Life ?

This leads you to answer with the heart. Now there is a lot of experience's that you can have during your life. They all give you different feelings. But the ones that I am talking about is when you see your first baby been born. The star's in the eye when you saw your lover for the first time. When you burst out crying when your friends show you their love in hard times. Any small acts of kindness and love that you gave unasked for. These and many other experience's of the same kind give you a feeling of uplifting secure low vibration of Love in the core of your being. This is the experience of Life. There is no meaning, no meaning is needed. It just is.

During your life these are experience's that happen to you. Now I would like to challenge you to make these experience's happen in your life and in the life of others. This you can do simply by acts of kindness and love that nobody asked for.

In the land of the blind the one eye is king. We are living in the land of the blind and the man with a opened spiritual eye is king.

The truth is right underneath your nose. What is right underneath your nose ??? Air. The air you breath. If you do not breath your body will die. If you connect your thoughts to your breathing you stop the train of thoughts that race everyday through your mind If you connect your emotions to your breathing you will start to feel calm. Do this long enough and you will discoverer an infinite well of love/light in the centre of your being.

There is infinite well of pure Light and amazing powerful Love in side you. Unlike a normal well, where if you take out all the water you will have nothing for tomorrow. With this spiritual well inside you, the more you give your Light and Love the deeper your well becomes

We have to become like children to enter the Light. What does this mean ? How does children differ from adults ?
1. A Child believes everything you tell him/her.
2. A child trust you completely.
3. A child loves you with out reservations.
4. A child do not see evil in you.
5. If you tell a child a story they live it. Mind and emotionally.
6. A child laughts out of its belly.

So next time you read the words of the great teachers have the attitude of a child. So next time you open your eyes have the attitude of a child.

People that has had a near deat experience talk about traveling through a tunnel towards a source of Light. This Light is pure amazing powerful Love. They are traveling from their mind through their throat (tunnel) to the center of their hearts. The source of all Light and Love. The home of God

Evil is the love for self. Good is the love for others. The secret is to keep a balance between the two. Dont love others more than you are capable to love your self. Dont love your self more than you can love others. Try to keep the balance of love of the universe inside you and the universe outside you. As you grow more mature and wise you can raise the level for self love and love for others equally higher.

If you take the line "Evil is the love for self. Good is the love for others" You can say that we live in a universe that is made out of total love. And that is the same what the mystic's and prophets says.

You know thinking about these things is nice, but starting to live by them is great. For we know that every little particle is God, is Light, is Love, is Me. But if you start to live life from this view Wow !!

We should stop looking at the prophets but start looking where they are pointing at.

All things are conscious (on different levels), all things are made of love and light. even photons , dark matter, electrons ens...

We should stop praying to God and just talk to God. Talk to God like she/he is your very good old friend that you share all secrets with. Laugh with.

I hear a lot of people praying to God. "Please help me with >>>>. Please send your love to >>>>. Be with >>>." And so on. We should stop asking God to do things because she/he is already doing everything Godly possible. If some one needs help you should go and help. If some one needs love you should send your love.

The church/Government should stop trying to regulate peoples actions, but start to teach them how to think. No ! teach people how to Love

Attachment and Sex

Attachment

I have read the way to enlightenment is non attachment. Non attachment to any thing of the world because that would cause you pain in the end. Losing a lover or losing any thing because your are attached to it. Emotionally attached. But on the other hand we also know that we are one with every thing. We are attached to God and God is attached to us. We are all attached to one another. We are all One. So it makes sense to me that if one of us suffers to others will feel it to. We will feel the same pain because we love that person. But we can choose how we react to the pain we feel. It is out of this pain/love that we as individuals are motivated to help other people (humanity). Never suppress any feeling/emotion but feel it all they way through and then decide how to act on it in a sober/enlighten frame of mind. Also ask your self where these emotions come from.

So I think that we need to define attachment better. For we know that some type of attachment is harmful and some is unavoidable and necessary. Or should I rather say the way we choose to react to attachment. Keep your centre while you are attached and be attached only through love.

Love, sex and celibacy

When I was young and I and my friend started being interested in the opposite sex we used to say that you know that you are truly in love with a girl when you are not trying to get her in bed. We all know how it feels to be in love with some one. You are in a constant state of ecstasy. Just to see that person or to touch him/her would be ultimate ecstasy. Most of us have had sex and most of the time it is a experience of your own sexual desires (Lust). But have you had sex with some one that you are totally in love with and that person with you? Where your whole existence is to please the other one.

This is the type of love that you should have for God because that is the type of love he/she has for you. When you are making love with your partner you are making love to God because we are One. Like Jesus said when you do any thing to some one you do it to him to.
I think falling in love and having children is very important because it teaches you to love. Love unconditionally. Because does not matter what your child does you always will love him/her.

In the movie “Himalaya” the monk decides to help his father because his teacher told him that when you have two paths in front of you take the most difficult one. That is the one where you will learn the most. Loosing your centre or making a mistake (sin) is not a bad thing but it is a wonderful thing. How else would one grow to a higher vibration. The catch is to recognize the mistake, take responsibility for it and correct it.

But coming back to the topic. If you are searching for a partner, love, in love-ness or sex out of wanting some thing then be celibate until you find your centre. But if these things come to you and you are able to give love, then give love with out reservations (fear). Sex is not love but sex is a by product of love. First you have to share love with some one and then only can you share sex in a loving way.

We know that one should love everyone and everything exactly the same. You should love the rapist just as much as you love your wife/husband/child/flowers because that is how God loves us. But lest take this scenario. I know two persons. A B . A I have never met before. B I have known for 5 years. Now I have to love both of them equally. So if you think about it the better you know some one the higher quality of love you can give him/her. You love both of them but the quality of love is not the same because you know the one person better. So the better you get to know God the better quality of love can flow between you two. So first you have to love a person and then when the flow of love is great enough (knowing understanding the person) you can choose to share sex in a loving and giving way. (Tantric way)

But don'tnt try to have sex with God :-) When you have sex with some one your auras merge and you exchange your qualities with each other(good and bad ones). In the spirit there is no physical part. So your spirits/souls merge and exchangege qualities. This is what you should aim for.

To merge with the Light !!!

The Universe

One thing that we can say is that the universe is in constant change. We ourself is also in constant change. Not just physically but spiritually too. As we grow older we mature and grow wise. So we see that the whole universe is evolving physically and spiritually, constantly the whole time. Now ! If we take that the Light (God) is the universe. We can say that the Light is in constant change and evolving. We are:"God exploring him/her self through us". So the Light is constantly evolving.

Heaven, Paradise or Nirvana

Traditional these 3 has been seen as a place where you rest forever. No more working, no more striving to become better or enlightened. It is because you have come to the end, you are enlightened. But ! Given in the light of the above paragraph this is not true. Like father like son. If the Light is constantly evolving so will we. Now at first this is not a concept that one would like to accept. Working, suffering, trying to become a better person is not some thing that one at first would like to do forever !!. But if you think about it for a while. If you accept that the Light is perfect. Then the process of constant evolvement must be perfect to. Accepting this as true you will see that you come to rest in the now , you come to peace with the process of evolving. No more do you have to work to become any thing or any one. You are perfect (as your Parent) just as you are. And you accept your self for who you are and where you are in life. And then a great peace come over you. Let me explain it with a example

Surfing

Life is like surfing on a wave in the ocean. You are in the ocean with your surfboard waiting for a good wave. Here comes a wave and you are on your board surfing. Exciting and exhilarating isn't is. Wind in your hair and the sun in your face. Live is like this. A constant wave that is teaching us how to give and receive love. Constant evolving. The longer you surf the better you become, the more mature. Now if you, the surfer, look at the horizon to see what lays ahead of you. You will loose focus on what you are doing and fall in the water. This is like people who are trying to hard to become some one or some thing. People who are trying to look for the beach because they think they will find nirvana/heaven there. Now you can also ,while surfing, look behind you and also fall in the water. These are people who think them self better then others. People who think they are some one special, that is in front of the others. People who do the wrong thing although the know what is the right thing to do. The list can go on and on but only you yourself know what you have to do to stay on the wave. You have to accept the process, go with the flow. Make peace with the fact that you will always be evolving.
You may also ask where is Jesus and Buddha in this picture. Surely they must be far ahead of us. You will find out that Jesus is surfing next to you on the left saying:"Just take it easy and relax. Breath !!" Buddha on your right surfing with you saying:"Be a light unto your self and keep your balance" We should stop thinking laterally and start thinking horizontally. There is no master or great personalities above you and there is no one lower than you. We are all surfing on the same wave. We are all brother and sister. Now you might say that Jesus/Buddha is more evolved than you. Meaning they have been surfing longer than you have. This is not the nature of the Light, the nature is the constant evolving. There is no future nor past, just the constant now of evolving. Learning what love really is. Learning that you are love.

What happened if you fall of the wave. For those of you who have been in the ocean you will know that there will always be a next wave to catch.

And where is the Light in all of this.
The Light(God) is making the waves. God is the ocean !!!!!

Gay and Lesbian

In recent times the question of Gay and Lesbian has become a topic of big controversy. I would like to give you with this essay some different angels to look at this. Lets first look at it from a physical point of view. I think most of us will agree that having some thing put up your anus is not what it was designed for. And I suppose this is the biggest argument form a physical point of view. What we must also remember is that using your hands or mouth (or any other part) for sexual gratification is also not what it was made for. But nobody makes a big fuss about that. So physically we should only have sex to have a baby and that’s it.

So lets look at it from a spiritual point of view. The following question was put to the Christ. A married woman who lost her husband is by law given to his brother as wife. If the bother dies she is given to the next man in the family. Who’s wife will she be in heaven ? The Christ answered that she will be nobody’s wife because you will be like Angels. Now how is Angels different than humans ? They have no sex. But there is the Male and Female principal or qualities. Spiritual science teaches us the we have to develop our Male and Female qualities equally. So from this point of view we should be Bisexual..

God is Love. Love is a emotion. This is not some thing that you understand or can logical work out, or comprehend. We are beings made out of pure Light and Powerful Love. So lets not understand this, lets feel this. Beam love to all humans does not matter if they are male or female. When the emotion of love is brought in to the physical how does it show it self ? Affection, hugging, cuddling, caring kissing ens … We should love all humans does not matter if they are male or female. And if this love should show it self in physical form what does it matter what the sex of the person is.

So lets us leave each other in peace. If some one is Gay, Lesbian, Bi or Heterosexual let them be and don’t try and change them. Rather love and except some one as they are because that is what God does.

I would like to leave you with this final thought. When a man unites with a man, or a woman unites with a woman. They can generate great Love between then. When a man unites with a woman they also generate great Love. But they can also create new life. They create a beautiful new born baby.

How to Meditate

For me meditation is like taking a rocket in to space. Where the different parts of the rocket relate to the different aspects of a human. So first of all there is the hull of the space rocket. This represents your body. The hull of the rocket needs to be air tight and strong enough to protect the rocket in open space. So to your body needs to be healthy and relaxed while meditating. There is lots of different positions but that is not so important, as long as you are comfortable and no noise to disturb you. Next there is the engine of the rocket. This gives the rocket the power to break earth gravity and travel through space. This relates to your will power. The stronger your will power the further you can travel. Next is the fuel of the rocket. The more fuel the further it can travel. The better quality fuel the better the performance. This relates to your emotions. This is the most important. What emotion do you choose ? Are you able to generate this emotion ? This also relate to the quality of your meditation and region in the spiritual world that you will visit. I use music to help me generate emotions. Next you get the pilot of the space rocket. This relates to your mind. Your mind directs the direction and destination of your journey, just like a pilot. In your mind you visualize the picture of your destination. This picture can change as you go along. There is also the navigation book. This is your imagination. The bigger your imagination the more places you can go to in the spiritual world.

Hull --> Body
Engine --> Will Power
Fuel --> Emotions
Pilot --> Mind
Navigation Book --> Imagination

So now lets take an example. Say for instance that you would like to practice the following truth. You are a being made out of pure clear Light and amazing powerful Love. This idea we have taken from our navigation book. We put out body in a comfortable position, in an environment that we will not be disturbed. Then we relax our whole body. Now after this we start building a picture in your mind. This is the pilot at work. You visualize Light streaming out of your eyes, hands and heart. This Light is made out of Pure Powerful Amazing Love. So this is where your fuel/emotions start to work. This is the most important. You should really feel the love streaming out of you. You should raise its intensity. Your will power(engine) holds this whole experience together. Your will power hold this picture in your mind and also keeps the emotions flowing.

If any of these fail (Will Power, Emotions, Mind Picture) your rocket falls back to earth and the meditation is over. Obviously we all want to travel as far as possible. So now we can take this example and bring it to our daily life. That every time you should remind your self of the truth above and beam out Amazing Powerful Love to all humans, animals, plants and stones. (Even buildings, cars ens… ens)

So this Meditation practice you can use for anything that you can find in your Navigation Book. Your imagination is your own limit. But the most important is the kind of emotion that you choose to generate and how do you direct it. Even more importantly is, are you able to generate an emotion at will ?

There are many meditation methods out there. The best one is the one that works for you.
