I grew up in South Africa, following Protestant Christianity but when I moved to Europe in my late twenties started following my own spiritual path.
At that time I have not found any Christian esoteric teachings and was dismayed. So I reached out do Jesus directly and he said:"Just relax and take it easy!".
Sometime after that he taught me the following: "In your imagination stand with me (Jesus) so that we face each other. Imagine the world floating between us at chest level. Now both of us are going to send love to the earth streaming from our hearts, hands and eyes. Then lets have a competition on who can send the most powerful love to the earth."
It goes without saying that I have not won the competition yet!
